Great, quick service and it’s open 24 hours. I usually go here at 2-3 AM for my lunch break. Just not a 5th start from this one impatient kid who had a bit of an attitude when redeeming my free coffee, and another kid not telling me that they were out of a certain item and replaced it with a similar item. It wasn’t that big a deal, but it’s the principle of bringing it to the customer’s attention.

Not all Reviews can be Positive, Im not quite sure what’s happened to this Franchise but it’s going downhill. Wrong Food Orders, Wrong Coffee Orders, Staff with Poor Customer Interaction Skills. The Only Dunkin’ Worth Visiting is the Dunkin’ Located within Mohegan Sun, a Small Coffee Shop run by 2 People and yet It’s the Best I’ve Ever Been to.

Guy behind the counter made pretend there was a problem with the register and didn’t give me my change , the next day the same guy gave me a cup of red muddy water instead of the coffee that I ordered. I’ve seen him there many times sitting on a bucket behind the counter , never seen other employees doing that . He doesn’t even stir my coffee with 8 creams & 8 sugars why should I give him a tip ? So he tries to just keep it until I ask him about it . Then he says oh you wanted that change back ? Yes I do !!!!!

This DD was terrible. It took forever, all four drinks didn’t come with whipped cream and syrup like the pics showed, and all four drinks we TERRIBLE!!! We ordered Small for all four drinks but two were bigger than the rest. This DD should get no stars!

Kinda seems like Dunkin’ Donuts prices fluctuate according to whoever’s working the cash register. Couldn’t find any exact price of toasted plain bagel online either? If you get your PLAIN bagel toasted with no butter or cream cheese on it is supposed to be 1.27? I mean I understand if you consider putting a bagel in a toaster oven manual labor so u add almost another whole dollar ….:)
