The food was ok. Ordered food via kiosk and it took nearly 20 minutes to finally receive food plus the temperature was stifling while waiting inside. Multiple customers complained about their food while I waited and one customer even requested a refund. Once I received my food I had to wait on my drinks. Do yourself a favor and do not eat at Countyline Road location in Jackson, MS.

This restaurant needs help beyond bad. Today I went in and the poor employees were giving it their all but there was only 2 people working. It took 37minutes to get an online order from the lobby. The workers were working but looked rightfully miserable. Pay your employees more so you can actually keep some around or you won’t have a store.

The most unprofessional establishment I’ve been to. No worker greeted. Stood waiting for over 10 minutes before a worker acknowledged my Door Dash delivery pickup. What was even more egregious, a Hispanic family left after no worker bothered to acknowledge them to take their payment, even after placing their order at the kiosk. The roof is leaking. Employees on the phone. The entire establishment is trash. If I could give it 0 stars or a negative rating, I would.

Taco supremes are so short on ingredients you can almost see through them. Of course, they don’t cost any less. Too bad they can’t figure out that, if they put the meat on top of the lettuce, the shell won’t get soaked through and fall apart. And it seems they have changed the shells and they taste different.

The service, staff and management was the worse in here today. The only reason why we even decided to stop here in the first place, was to help a lady with getting her something to eat. As we walked in the lights were off, so that made me question were they even open. Secondly, the cashier was sitting in one of the booths on her phone and did not even speak as we tried to see how to proceed with getting our order taken. We finally placed our order on the kiosks machine (without the help of staff) and waited for the lady to receive her order. Service was horrible!!! Highly not satisfied with this establishment and will not be returning.

I order the 3 soft shell combo with only meat, cheese, and sour cream. I pull off to find they put everything on there but what I wanted. So I call back and the girl that answers tells me I didn’t pay for sour cream. When I did in fact ask for it, twice, because they asked me to repeat my order. I could hear the other worker making snarky comments. Now if you don’t like your job.. QUIT! They kept going back and forth while I was on the phone holding, I ended up walking in and gettin a refund, because with attitudes like that why would I ask you to remake my food. No thanks!

You have to order at the kiosk. They were super slow! Drive thru was wrapped around the building. There was 1 person inside. It took me about 20 minutes to get my food. They weren’t friendly. My cousin was waiting outside for me and said we would have done better going thru the drive-thru. Because it seemed like they had to go find and kill the cow to make my order. I guess they concentrate on the drive-thru. Then I heard the person making my meal complaining about all the extras they had to put on there. Although they charge, handsomely, for everything extra. I’m surprised they didn’t charge for the sauce.
