The Granite State Lunch Box, Manchester, NH, has a great breakfast and lunch menu. We go there specifically for The Defibrillator! Best sandwich in town! It’s stacked with burgers, cheese, onion rings, special BBQ sauce, all served up on grilled toast. We usually topped it off with a side of fries and drinks. Totally satisfying. Absolutely delicious! We highly recommend this eatery. Pleasant, relaxed atmosphere with cafeteria style dining. Prices are reasonable. *If you plan to dine-in, be sure to get there early; they close at 2 pm.

An absolute gem! Everyone is really nice & the prices are great. The food is always so good! They have a few arcade games that are free to use which is convenient if you have a child with you waiting for your order (which never takes long). They also have TONS of stones for sale that are so gorgeous and good prices. They have little informational cards for the different stones too! 10/10 recommend

Had a fantastic sandwich there yesterday, best one I’ve had out in a long time. I am not in Manchester often but I will definitely be back next time I’m there. Speedy and extremely friendly service. You know you’ve got my undying love when the roast beef wrap was stuffed to the gills and the ask of extra horseradish was perfect.

Five stars, no!!! Add a sixth. We are from upstate New York, in Manchester for a hockey tournament. Which happened to fall on my wife’s birthday. Spencer, and The Granite State Lunchbox did the catering for 50+ guests. Including some very picky teenaged boys. The food arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. The set-up and presentation, was perfect. Every dish was simply delicious. My son is a very picky eater. This is his quote. “The search is over, I’ve found the world’s greatest Mac and Cheese.” I can’t thank The Granite Lunchbox enough. They made my wife’s birthday a great day.

Located inside the UNH Manchester building, this counter service restaurant is really freaking awesome. Food is all incredibly fresh & made only when you order it. Wraps, grilled items, salads, paninis, melts…all at extremely low prices. My grilled cheese & tomato sandwich was $3. I couldn’t even guess the last time I paid $3 for ANYTHING at any restaurant! And the food was so flipping good! What a find! A real treasure! I really don’t want to tell anyone about it for fear of ruining its perfect existence!

My company has been using them as a catering service and the food is always fresh, hand-made, and delicious. I sneak down there for lunch almost every day, just so I can try the specials. They’re usually swamped with customers between noon and 1, but you can go anytime between 11 and 2 to try the soups. It’s the best 9-to-5 lunch place there is. It’s quiet after 2 o’clock, but they’re still willing to warm up the grill for you. The food is always made right in front of you, too, so you know it’s made with the best ingredients and the most care. The staff are also always willing to talk about their recipes. You can tell by talking to them that they really know the business well. They use all local ingredients, all bought fresh, and it really shows. I’ve been eating there for a couple years now and I’m never disappointed.

Always great friendly service & absolutely amazing food no matter what you choose from the menu, which always comes very fast as well!! Love this place! The only thing is, their hours are 8am-2pm..so they close pretty early.. that’s the only thing that’s a bummer cuz I would definitely love for them to be open later. Other than that, no complaints! My absolute favorite is the crispy cool ranch wrap…Mmm mmm mmm! Definitely a must try! Their fries are also pretty awesome too!
