I am so disappointed in the Chipotle staff at this particular location. They act as if they don’t want to work. They want to mix all of your food all on top of each other when I clearly asked them not to. The meat is too spicy. I won’t be back. The beans were raw and hard, even the rice wasn’t cooked all the way.

Went in to grab something quick to eat since I was shopping around only to be met with a rude worker who clearly didnt want to be there. I was asked what I would like & told her a Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla & was told I had to place it online. I asked why & i was ignored. I proceeded to order a bowl & left. I have never been told I had to place something online that can be made to order before. If it was because of the forming line that was behind me then you should have more employees working the line. I work at a restaurant myself I know how the kitchen works.

I noticed that most of the employees here are latino. I also noticed how they give small portions of food to non-latino customers and large portions to their latino customers who didn’t ask for extra toppings. It’s like some sort of favoritism. The manager or owner must be latino. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this Chipotle until they get their act together.

I asked to use the bathroom so I can change my kids diaper before I order and the server or w.e she was called the manager over and I was confused… but the manager said I had to be a customer I told her I was going to order after I was done. The had no changing table in the bathroom and the other bathroom said occupied…. the food had no flavor and they have attitudes

I’m really annoyed with this specific chipotle first off idk if they can read correctly there but they always making a mistake with my order they gave me brown rice instead of white like why would you continue the order and not contact me first and 2 they really need to go easy with the seasoning with the meat and the rice cilantro it’s over bearing and there work is just plain sloppy with no care and the don’t even answer the phone I called three times and they didn’t answer
