I placed a mobile takeout order on 4/17. After waiting for 45 minutes past my pickup time, I finally asked and the employee said they never received the order. I paid, had a confirmation email, and verified I was at the correct location. I reached out for a refund when I got home since I never got my food. It is now 7/15 and the owner still hasn’t refunded my meal as promised. I have reached out to the owner, as well as Subway social media no less than 10 times for my money back with no resolve. I know my money means nothing to the company, but I was a frequent subway customer and won’t be back until this is resolved.

Eaten here several times. First bad experience. Stale sub (didn’t find out until I got home). 2 workers didn’t care to stop talking amongst themselves long enough to attend to us customers. Colorful language too. Would never return if those 2 are working.

When I first went, my sub was very messed up, the majority of the vegetables weren’t even in the bread, but in the paper. Plus the bread wasn’t even cut in half. After I went back and mentioned the issue, Darcy not only made me a new sandwich, but apologized for the other employees mistake. Darcy was phenomenal and extremely helpful.

I went to this subway on Wednesday and it was so dirty. It was disappointing. The front glass was really dirty and the stick they put on was put on so bad and bubbly that you barely could see through the glass to look at the meat and vegetables.

Subway, where you hand hold them step by step to make your food, and they still can’t get it right. After the third mistake, I didn’t say anything so as not to seem like “that guy”. Just buy your own lunch Meats at the deli. It’s cheaper and will always be how you wanted it. At least until they fire the dumb stoners that can’t go to work sober.

Went into Walmart on my way to work to pick up a couple of things, after I checked out I went over to Subway, when the bell dinged the guy came out of the back to tell me that the computer was updating so he couldn’t take any orders, so I had to go back into the store to get a marketside sub. By the time I was checking out (a few minutes later) I saw him making a sub for another customer. Maybe updates on the computer should be done at another time not the middle of the day (2:30pm) while Walmart was very busy.
