This place has gone downhill, used to be great, but lately it seems its been jaded by a specific manager. This manager got mad when I showed him my order was incomplete, missing a simple 6 piece mcnugget. You think you would just say ” sorry bout that” give them the item you paid for and move on. Not this master of industry, instead he asked me to wait, so i did, i waited for 15 minutes in mobile order parking spot, then he came out smoking a cigarette, and then blew cigarette smoke in my car, with my toddler in it, smirking. He knew exactly what he was doing, I actually would eat lunch here daily too, its close to my job, not anymore, the fine people at Burger King down the street are way more customer service driven, not driven by petty emotional reactions. Dude should not be a manager.

You guys actually do the job right. You guys have no respect for my request for honey. You give me honey MUSTARD. Instead of H O N E Y. Then I go inside to order honey and you guys start yelling at each other because the drive through lady didn’t give me honey. I order honey on the kiosk, never got my honey. Had to go to the desk and get it directly. Unreliable mcdonalds. I didn’t ask for mustard. Period.

This place needs a manager that makes them move.. 20 minutes in line for food, we were the only ones.. I could have cooked faster then they did. The staff was a bunch of kids unsupervised and goofing off and throwing fries at each other..won’t be going there again

My mcdoubles didn’t have any pickles mustard or onions, it really sucked but i didn’t care enough to complain during my visit. If they were out of toppings it would be cool to know before I get my order. They’re really extra terrible when they don’t get fully loaded

Only go thru drive thru here, but inside is renovated and clean. They’re fast and efficient with the car wait line, but accuracy and food times issues are present here. I rated higher due to youth workers and new faces so they might not be trained properly. The food is McDonald’s and when it comes out is cooked well. Cheese was melted and nuggets were Krispy. Prices are high, but that’s everywhere. Special tip: order no salt fries so they make fresh ones, then add salt when home.

Went to the drive thru and no answer at the speaker/menu waited until there were people behind us. The first window was just hanging open and nobody was at the second window. There was a stock stock unloading but that shouldn’t shut down the whole place with no signage. Thankfully Burger King is across the street.

I must say the opening manager Monday thru Friday is the most pleasant person for the job. I usually stop on weekdays and she always has a smile and shows she cares about her job and always has my order right everytime. Sure I can go anywhere else but she has made even getting a coffee in the morning a pleasant experience. Thank you for hiring a perfect person for the job. And she’s always open on time at 6 am. Bob the maintenance guy is another great employee for sure. If they only would promote the morning manager as total manager would be fantastic. The manager overlooking the place seems to never smile and berates workers. I’ve seen and heard it first hand.. that’s why I don’t go there after 8 am. Matt is another great worker and very pleasant.

terrible service, they forgot apples slices, had to go in. the staff member behind the counter threw them at me! all bc I didn’t bring in the receipt… they just saw me at the drive thru window! the excessively heavy managers, yes plural, watched from a table and didn’t have the energy or the urge to address the incident. won’t be back!
