In town for business, hotel breakfast was a no show so we stopped at a familiar chain. So glad we did. The young man who served us today 6/16/22 at around 10 am was just amazing. So attentive, it was refreshing as so many places are having staffing issue. I hope management know what a gem they have in him. Good was good cooked to order, didn’t even balk when my husband asked for steak and eggs as steak is not on the menu. Thanks for a wonderful meal. So glad the hotel breakfast fell through.

This early morning breakfast was probably theee best Waffle House experience I’ve ever had! My food was absolutely done perfectly! Everything came out hot, fresh, fast and delicious! Look at the pics, it looks staged! I devoured this breakfast and tagged this location as my favorite!

With only 2 employees in the front of the restaurant, and no customers until my sister and I came to eat, over half the table were filthy dirty, the waiter was rude, using profanity in every sentence he used, cursed us out because he got our orders wrong while on the phone trying to conduct a drug deal. I will never go back.

We stopped in on a morning on otw to one of my kids’ place he was going for his birthday. I’ve worked at waffle one in my life, so I’m not as critical as some ppl. My review reflects my job as being a server for about 13+ years. Because we stopped inn in the morning they were slightly busy. The wait wasn’t that long. 5 10 mins maybe. We sat, server served us and we left. My review reflect from when we received our food ( which wasn’t that long for a party of 6), our server never came back to see if we needed anything, and my meal had onions which I said no onions but ate them anyway. Wasn’t a big deal. Upon being the bill was we only asked did we need anything else. From experience, you should check back with customers at least 2 mins upon delivering food to see if everything was fine abs if anything else was needed. But other than that everything else was fine. I didn’t post the servers name because maybe it was just one of those days abs I didn’t want to shorten their money. Being a server is isn’t as easy as many ppl think. But I’ll visit again if I was in the area.

Austell Rd. 1:21 on 4/19. I was the only person here and they couldn’t care less. Undercooked everything and terrible service. Wish I didn’t tip up front, because I would’ve left them nothing. Don’t come here if you’ve ever been to a waffle house before. You’ll be extremely disappointed.

From all the other Waffle Houses I’ve been to this one was kind of mediocre at best, with it being a Sunday they were a little busy but I had no problem getting the table my food came out in ample amount of time but I will say this I think they need to differentiate the difference between what a large bowl is because certain Waffle Houses when you ask for a large bacon egg and cheese grit Bowl which is one of my favorites they give you kind of a smaller Bowl and I noticed when I was paying my bill they have larger bowls above the grill so I’m just trying to think what’s the difference but other than that the food was good and I say give him a try and that’s about it y’all enjoy y’all day

Super unfriendly hostess, who definitely needed a break from the “rush” of people this morning. She couldn’t even let me sit down before asking (across the counter) if I was eating for here or togo. Did not greet me just wanted to take my order and made me feel rushed. I don’t know if another coworker was the reason she had an attitude but please take a break if you are going to be so short with the customers.
