Ordered three beef tacos. Got home and found I had 3chicken tacos. Called the restraunt and told them about the problem. The guy that answered told me to drive back to the restaurant the next day to pick up my beef tacos. I went back the next day and told them that the guy the day before said to come back and get my tacos. The manager got an attitude and told me she wasn’t there yesterday and didn’t know anything about it. She started to interrogate me to see if I was trying to scam her. Horrible customer service. Not only did the mess my simple order up, made me drive back to correct their mistake and then got belligerent when I showed up as directed.? They never did apologize for all of my inconvenience, wasted gas and time. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Stay away!

Ordered the chicken tostada salad. The food was incredibly fresh and it was loaded with way more chicken than expected. The tostada included salad. Chicken, beans, guacamole, sour cream and finely chooped tomatoes. The service was very friendly and the man at the register was super attentive. His outstanding service was definitely memorable. Salsas are prepackaged and distributed by the service staff. Definitely recommended.

Love the salsa. Food is dependably good. Just was a freezer inside the restaurant and the bathroom in horrible condition. Freezing is one thing and then no hot water in the bathroom to wash hands. Hmmm.

An excellent establishment. From the moment I entered the door I was greeted by kind staff and friendly faces. My food was excellently prepared and tasted astounding. The seating arrangement was great, and I have no complaints about the this whatsoever. Would highly encourage coming here. I know I will be back! Hats off to the team at Baja Fresh for a job well done!

What happened to Baja Fresh? Every one I go into, one person at the register and one person cooking. It’s always dreary in all of them. They’ve lost their spunk. Time for a change Baja Fresh! Step it up a little or something. The food is still the same old Baja Fresh food, that hasn’t changed in years, not one bit.
