Medway Cafe is a great spot to grab some food and drinks. The pretzel with cheese dip and Buffalo chicken dip are both really tasty. The pretzel is warm and soft, and the cheese dip is the perfect accompaniment. The Buffalo chicken dip is really flavorful and has just the right amount of spice.

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered the Cheesesteak Eggroll, chili, and a grilled cheese burger. The Eggrolls were very good. Very crispy on the outdid, great overall flavor. The chili was also very good. Thick and tasty. The burger was quite good. I ordered it medium but it was still juicy and nicely done. The fries were a little disappointing compared to the rest of the food. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.6.

Ordered take out, host was great. I previously have rated Medway Cafe 5 stars, stating how much I loved the Mac and cheese (with mascarpone, it was so good). Well, tonight I ordered the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese, which on the menu says is regular Mac and cheese topped with buffalo chicken. This is NOT the mac and cheese I have gotten from here in the past. The buffalo sauce was mixed in with the Mac and cheese and it is honestly inedible, in addition to the price increase. I understand inflation but man, this is really disappointing. I deleted the review with 5 stars because I am going to have to throw this meal out.

For years we’ve been driving 45 minutes to enjoy their Italian Festa menu on Wednesdays. It’s extremely disappointing to find out they killed that menu and even more disappointing that they didn’t report this on social media or update their website ahead of time (even though they had posted twice today).

Extremely rude managers. The appetizers were advertised as half off. When the bill came it was full price, I asked isn’t it half off and received nothing but rude and snarky responses from the staff saying it was bar only, when it was clearly marked “dine in only”. After asking they still refused to take 6 bucks off the check. Disappointing to say the least, used to be a solid place to eat. Hope they figure it out before they wreck their great food with horrendous service.
