I will go out of my way to try a different Dominos location even though this one is 15 minutes from me. This location is consistently bad, with each order having issues with the poor quality customer service. I had my husband pick up our lunch order. When he got home we noticed the Parmesan twists had no seasoning and we never got our marinara sauce. The pizza was on the burnt side. Called the store to see what they could do to remedy the situation and the customer service rep was silent on the phone. I had to initiate conversation and go out of my way to the store to pick up my re-make after my husband just got home with the food. When I walked into the store for my remake, another employee couldn’t be bothered to say “welcome to dominos” or “hi there” or “welcome to dominos, I’ll be with you in a minute”…nothing. Dominos management, I strongly recommend hiring folks that want to be there and work. Not greeting your customers and not putting out quality food is the quickest way to lose business.

Just got my order from the holly ave location in Albuquerque and when I see it the box with my sandwich was full of grease I then opened the box and the entire sandwich was burnt my pasta came uncovered. The manager at this location need to retrain the employees and do better work I just spent $25 on food that’s not edible

This location used to be really good. Today 4-19 the hospitality was not there. I did curbside pick up but they failed to send it out. After 10 minutes I went inside and the two girls inside were very rude. They did not even acknowledge that I was there. 5 minutes passed and one of them said they would be right with me. I watched as they completed 4-5 orders and showed no intent to assist me. I had to ask them if they were going to help me as I had already waited 20 minutes past my pick up time. Very rude staff. Management needs to address the two ladies working tonight.

I usually order from Domino’s because of the location and cost and have never had a problem. Today, I ordered a couple pizzas and chicken wings online with no problem. However, when I opened the box of wings to serve my kids, i found a chicken bone that appeared to be eaten off of and then fried again.

Every time we’ve ordered from this location there is always issues. This time, we got to the location, parked in the designated carside spot where Domino’s brings the pizza to your car. We waited for ten minutes until my husband decided to get down and get the pizza himself. Why offer carside delivery if employees don’t follow through? Our pizza was completed (it was sitting inside the whole time) and according to the Domino’s pizza tracker, our order was completed yet we waited additional time. There was no timer counting down—If it had been counting down, we would have been given a free pizza for waiting over 2 minutes (we waited 10) that Domino’s guarantees. When my husband got down to get the pizza, he said there were three employees yet not ONE employee was able to bring our pizza via carside.
