This is the 3rd attempt at KFC. First time they had NO CHICKEN! At 7:30pm, really? Second time we received the wrong order. Third time only had original chicken and could only get an eight piece, no mac n cheese, and not enough mash potatoes for two. They don’t seem to care based on their reviews.

I threw the food out. Did not bother to ask for a refund. Obviously no one there cares. Burnt chicktenders. Kids hamburger looked at least a day old. No ice in the ice machine. Soda is hot. Dirty inside. Hot and stuffy inside.

With this KFC it’s a hit or a miss. The people that work there are usually very nice. The ones that prepare the batter and fry the chicken need to be trained better. Sometimes the chicken doesn’t have enough batter on it like it slid off during cooking. Sometimes it’s over fried until I can’t even bite into it. I’m going to try it one more time before I completely give up. The inside is clean whenever I’ve been there and everyone is friendly. I’d give it 2 1/2 stars for trying.

The last 2 times I went there they screwed up my order and charged me for the change and did not give it to me. The chicken is cooked way to long. A bit darker than I like. Will not go there again. This was suppose to be extra crispy.

Drive thru girl was Very unprofessional. She gave me back my debit card, drink and straw all together I almost dropped one or more of the 3 items she gave me back at once. The line was very short so don’t understand the rush. My spicy famous bowl had almost an inch of oil from the chicken. And the pot pie takes 25 minutes to make. Also no lemonade at all? This place might as well take items off the menu due to laziness.
