How adorable is that heart biscuit!! The stuffed biscuit was absolutely scrumptious. Those potatoes, perfectly seasoned and cooked. Paired with their seasonal drink, a lavender lemon green tea. Perfectly balanced flavors, lavender wasn’t super strong, the lemon added a bright refreshing note in a green tea base. Thirst quenching on a hot summer day.

I recently ordered a birthday cake for a young man turning 13. I used the online system to choose the cake, icing, decorations, and message and the whole process was really easy! The cake was ready even before I asked for it and the results were fantastic! It was beautifully decorated… the balloon icing was so festive… and the cake itself was absolutely delicious. So far the best food I’ve had anywhere between Murphysboro and Marion! I REALLY hope these matcha cupcakes are around on my next trip to town Other than the food the server was fantastic and another woman (I presume an owner or something) came to check on us after we ate too. I just felt welcomed and left happy with a full belly. I didn’t remember to take a picture, but don’t pass on the ginger chocolate cookie. It was so good I ordered a second (though we’d have gotten more if it weren’t the last one, same with the cupcake lol) one to go. We will be back every time we’re in town, and thank you! Thanks

We were looking for a vegetarian restaurant in Southern Illinois and this was one of the few listed. We stopped in for lunch. It’s set in an old-time storefront with a tin ceiling and period wood trim. Charming! The color scheme is warm and oil paintings by a local artist were hung on the walls. The owner was present and welcomed the guests. We enjoyed chatting with her. By design, the place exudes a relaxed vibe. We enjoyed our meal and plan to return to the Longbranch the next time we’re in Carbondale. We highly recommend it.

Had them create and deliver cakes for our wedding! Communication was clear, delivery was on time and EVERYONE loved the cake. We had little children dancing in a circle, and screaming about chocolate because they really wanted the chocolate deluxe cake.

Went there while my bicycle was being fixed. It was a great choice, the art on the walls made it a very colorful and unique place to relax. The food was really good too. I had quiche which was a special and it came with perfectly cooked asparagus and a very tasty fruit salad. The coffee of the day was good though they only have one option each day. Would go here a lot if I lived close by.
