So we enjoyed the food first and foremost. We waited a long time for it in the heat which is why I removed a star. It was not a normal meal hour so a 25 minute wait seems excessive. The ladies were nice. They rounded my total down which was very nice. Also they were open on a Federal holiday so it was great to have food someplace. Food was spicy by default. I like that but my wife did not. We would likely come back.

BY FAR, the BESTTTT pad Thai I’ve ever had. In Hawaii, we tried many different places and had to return to this one specifically, as it was truly the best. I am vegan and got the tofu pad Thai and it was truly impeccable!! Even my mom, who is not vegan at all and doesn’t like tofu, was in shock with how good it was. If you have to choose one food spot to try, try this one. TRUST ME 🙂 11/10 HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend ⭐️

The food at Thai Elephant is amazing! I’ve never had such good Thai food before. The Pad Thai is my favorite, but the Pad See Eew and Thai fried rice are also really good. The Curry is also very tasty. The veggie rolls are a great appetizer, and the Thai iced tea and coffee are the perfect way to wash down the meal.

Stopped in at this food truck park on whim and ordered the Pad See Ew with tofu – it was honestly one of the best meals I’ve had while on vacation here!! It was so flavorful and the vegetables, noodles, and tofu were cooked perfectly!! The lime and a side of Thai chili pepper took it to the next level. We complimented the owners as we were leaving and they were so kind! I would highly recommend grabbing a meal from here, you won’t regret it 🙂
