Great service and super friendly staff. We ordered carryout and arrived a bit early for pick up. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. Food was great when we got it home. Best experience at a Pizza Hut ever!

Went for the pizza buffet at 12:30. The buffet goes until 1:30. There was no salad in the salad bin, they had no pasta, and they were out of bread sticks. They had a partial pizza out. The floor around the buffet was wet and slippery and instead of cleaning it up they just put a wet floor sign out. When they finally brought 2 pizzas out and bread sticks it was 1pm. The bread sticks were hard as can be. The only positive was the girl cleaning tables and getting drink orders.

Decided to try it since new ownership took over. Think we went at a bad time. Buffet was empty but they did begin filling it back up. I love the pasta and dessert bread. Never got those. There was only one waitress and she was very friendly and efficient. She was very busy. We will try again at a later time. Good luck.

Atmosphere didn’t feel good. Had a musty smell. Food tasted good. Had a long wait to order, tho they did give a discount for the inconvenience. Would probably not return.

Waited nearly an hour for a personal pan pizza and side salad. Finally got the salad, but left before the pizza arrived. Waitress, crew, and even the manager didn’t seem to have the slightest clue as to what they were doing. I guess it’s the same story: can’t find (qualified) workers. I ended up going to Caseys…

Came in last night to pick up an order and added 2 extra items to it while there, Vanessa helped get my additional items out in a quick manner. You rock. I also wanted to shout out Jarrod for having great customer service and even offered to bring my pizzas to my car while my 2 year old was throwing a fit. I placed my order online at 5:08pm on 7/26/2023. I was given a time of 15 minutes to have the order ready. I arrived at 5:26pm for pickup. The app had a screen up indicating it was ready for pickup.

Stopped in for a later dinner around 7:45. Waitress handed a menu and said seat yourself. 15 minutes later she came to our table for drinks. We ordered drinks then she said well I wrote down all that we are out of, it was easier. Sets down a piece of paper with a list of 30 items such as pan pizza, all breadsticks, wings, mushrooms ect. At that time we thought it would be easier to just dine somewhere else. We kindly let her know. As we were leaving a family from another booth said you dont want this pizza. Yikes!
