We are a locally owned Award wining Texas BBQ restaurant. We much as others started in our backyards grilling. Friends and family wanted more and more. With the Good Lords help we started small with just a home built smoker , then a home built Food trailer and by hard work, a lot of sleepless hours, and som good Q we now will be having Indoor dining( it has A/C) thank you to our many supporters and the local communities. It’s been a while since I’ve published any kind of restaurant review, but I feel the need to share my thoughts. First and foremost, I want my intentions clear. I’m not a food critic, nor am I a trained food conaseuir. I’m simply a well traveled individual that wants his opinion notated. Secondly, I want it known that I consider myself quite gifted in the area of cooking BBQ. We have eaten here twice now and each time everything has been super yummy and tender. My favorites are any of the ribs, pineapple sausage and boudin but everything we’ve had is really good. We can’t wait to try the catfish next.

Visiting from Wisconsin. Circle H BBQ caught my eye under restaurants on line. Decided to check them out. Tried brisket, a crayfish and catfish special and various sides. All were very good with large helpings. Good amount of brisket leftover to go. Hope to visit again before leaving.

I travel throughout the South Central states, and love trying new places. Especially BBQ. I had been through Carthage a few times, but hadn’t had the opportunity to try Circle H until today. I’m sorry I had missed opportunities in the past. Their sausage was okay, but the sliced brisket is definitely the moistest and most tender I’ve had to date. The coleslaw is excellent too. I just wish I had gotten there a little sooner to try the ribs they had sold out of. I absolutely recommend, and will be back myself for sure.
