My card information was recently stolen . I was told they will not give a refund, and the district manager has not called. I was told I have to dispute this with my bank. They have cameras, I have proof, but yet they won’t issue a refund…..if this is the way they choose to do their business – who in the world wants to spend their hard earned money at a place who basically took 50 dollars out of my pocket and gave it to someone else! On the way this has been handled…..no thank u.

They got my order wrong… was supposed to be pan and it was hand tossed, so I called and who ever answered said that I needed to bring the pizza pack and that I need my receipt, didn’t say sorry or anything, they just said I had to wait instead of remaking my order when I called and told them my order was wrong they have my family waiting to get the correct order…. that’s not ok… not happy…. didn’t even offer to give me the pizza that was wrong instead threw it right in the trash….smh come on pizza hut get it together… and now I got alot of hungry kids…

So I sent my order to the wrong store and I literally had 10 minutes left before close time.. There was a man and a woman working and they were sweet enough and hard working enough to take my order anyway! I felt so stupid! And the guy working even walked it out to our vehicle ! Thank y’all for helping me feed my kids tonight. I’m sick and don’t feel good! Y’all could’ve told me No and sent me home. Thank you for going out your way to help me!! 5 extra pizzas and garlic knots!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Pizza hut app does not apply changes made to an order before sending it. If you change the toppings and apply them after you send your order none of the changes made actually went through.

Salad bar was bare. Needed to be restocked, only had one girl working the tables and tons of “help” in back. We ordered one pizza and had to wait an hour for it because they “forgot” to put it in oven. Def need more help on floor other then that food was good
