This was the worst experience at a McDonald’s I have ever had. My husband and I got 2 of the 2 cheeseburger meals and didn’t receive them for 40 minutes. Once received the Pattie’s we’re all burnt and the fries were cold. We dined in and we’re supposed to have it brought to our table but the front staff lady proceeded to scream our number several times as if we were to run to the counter and get it… she acted out out with the fact that no one gave us our drink cups already and she had to go back and get them. Throughout the course of our meal we heard her tell numerous people that she was alone and they would have to use the kiosk… we watched at least 6 people leave due to this unfriendly event.

I’m not one to give negative reviews but this happened several times placed an special order and had to park which took 5 to 7 minutes to get it out. Then it came out wrong had to send it back took them another 10 minutes from then bring it out totally unacceptable. Food quality is good friendly service but they have some other issues that need to be dealt with.

It is in Cartersville near Hobby Lobby and sometimes parents drop their kids off to let the playground babysit their kids. Other than that, the people working there do their best and try harder than any other Mc Donald’s we have been at in the last year.
