Amazing food, I really loved my beef shawarma. The fries were unique and very tasty. The service was polite and very fast. The food came out quickly and was incredibly tasty! Overall a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it.

We got the Mixed Grill platter that had beef, chicken and kefta kabobs with some grilled veggies. We also got the Zaytoon sampler so we could try their hummus and babaganoush. The hummus was outrageously good, very light and clearly freshly made. All the food was delicious; because of the platters we were able to try out so many parts of their menu and we loved all of it.

The falafel was flavorful as well as the tahini dressing and the Hummus. The man at the desk was nice also. Honestly my only complaint was the amount of spine of the romaine lettuce. I added a picture of the salad before and after.

It’s a cute and small spot. First time there, and we chose it because we love Mediterranean food. It wasn’t really authentic. Food was flavorful but definitely not the best. I ordered the chicken shawerma bowl, it didn’t even come in a bowl. It was just a plate of rice and sharwerma with a tiny bit of salad. I give the flavors 7/10.

I was in St. Pete for just a few days but had to dine at Zaytoon twice because it is just that great. I used to live in Bethlehem and seek out Palestinian food wherever I go—this family-owned small business was special! The owners and staff are delightful. We shared the fries, which were crispy and golden and perfectly seasoned, babaghanoush, falafel, kibbe, the chicken shawarma bowl, and hummus (I loved that we could customize it with various toppings—beef and almonds was a stroke of brilliance on my part). It was all so flavorful and fresh. Highly recommend!
