Food was delicious! I miss Peruvian food and the seasoning here was on point. We ordered Pollo a la brasa & seco norteño The portions were very generous and full of flavor.

The service is great, everyone is so attentive and nice. The lomo saltado was delicious. The ceviche plate is very small for the price and it felt like it was not marinated in citrus juices, it needed lime.

I used to go to a restaurant in LA that was Peruvian. This place reminds me of their food. The food is amazingly delicious. The rice is good. The seafood is delicious. The soup is good. Try their juice they have. It’s delicious. We just came across this place on a fluke. It was one of the best places we’ve eaten in a while. Salt lake doesn’t have much for authentic food. This place is really good. Thank you for being open. They just open 2 weeks ago. Give this place a try we will tell a lot of our friends about this place. Telling you people there’s authentic here not this Americanized food. .

Let’s talk about the food. I cook really good, so I’m very picky because of it. First, I asked for combo #3 : arroz chaufa de mariscos ( really good), arroz con mariscos (no flavor), jalea (no crunchiness and no flavor), leche de Tigre (way too much ginger), and causa (flavor ok, but badly executed) this plate is meant to be for 2 people, for 2 kids yes, but for 2 adults not at all. Disappointed. My son asked for pollo a la brasa and the Peruvian flavor just wasn’t there, it was more like Costco rotisserie chicken flavor, they brought the salsas for the chicken ( mayo, mustard and ketchup) and they were super runny and some parts frozen. Place is clean, but doesn’t look like a Peruvian restaurant and that makes me mad and sad. I hope they fix those issues soon.

Only putting 3 stars because of an interaction we had. Came in at 8:30 tonight and the doors were locked even though there was people inside and eating. The woman working opened the door and let us in but let us know they were closing in 30 mins so I asked if we could order to go. She took our order and even pointed out to my dad where to leave a tip after the awkward interaction of her letting us in?? We ordered and ate in the car. And as we ate in the car we watched her leave the restaurant at 8:50 so i assume she was just trying to get out of there early. Flavor of food was good I think service just needs some work. If they are locking their doors at 8:30 pm they should only have their working hours until that time to avoid any interactions like this in the future.
