I have only ever had issues with this store. Other locations are usually fine but this location ALWAYS either has an item missing from the order, makes an item wrong, or doesn’t include the drinks when we get delivery. Most recently they gave me the entirely wrong order and when I asked to get it remade or get a refund they refused both and said I had to contact taco bell about it. I have never had a good experience with this location.

Didn’t think about writing reviews but everyone MUST check their orders before leaving because I saw I’m not the only one missed my order. I had to come back after got home and got my order back! Be careful for that and not nice service either! I hope they can love their job so that would make it easier on them as well!

Not only is the wait staff always super rude, but they literally barely even given you any protein. I also got 50% of my order with a short, “here” and a slammed window. Worst taco bell in Pensacola. Drop the attitude ladies and give me my whole order.

Five stars as far as a Taco Bell goes. They have always had quick service and easy in-easy out. I have been using the App to order, and then I pick-up in store. Inside it is clean and open seating. The breakfast is good, even if it is a short menu. We like the Crunch-Wrap combos.

Bad. Worst experience i have ever had. Placed my $45 mobile order on my phone before arriving. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru till I got to the speaker box just to be told that they didn’t have my order. Even though they had already deducted the money from my debit card. Cashier told me I could drive around and wait till they received my order. Well at this taco bell there is no way to bail out of the drive thru line so I was stuck in the line for another 15min till I got to the pick up window. Some how my order got canceled and money was put back on debit card in this time frame. I told this to the snooty cashier and manager and that I would like to reorder there. They informed me that they would not take my order at that point because they didn’t do add ons at the window and that I could return to the drive thru line and then place my order again at the speaker box. The line was all the way to 12th Ave and down the street. It would have taken me another hour to get back around to get my food. So by ordering ahead on their app would have taken me almost 2hrs to actually get my food. This is supposed to be a time saver? I don’t think so. That was ridiculous. Very rude. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever in countered. Manager had no clue how to handle this problem. Needless to say Taco Hell did not get my $45 and I will never be back to that location again. Poor service and food would not have been good or accurate because these people are were incompetent.

This is the newest Taco Bell. It’s on Cervantes St. I liked the drive thru. It’s clearly marked and has a clearly marked exit. There’s ♿ parking right at main entrance. They keep it clean. The food is good and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Worst taco bell experience I’ve ever had. Monday Jan 11, 945 pm. $10 for two empty chalupas and empty taco. clerk was rude. Didn’t greet, offer any sauce packets or use any type of basic customer service skills. Clown show.
