I think the best sushi I’ve ever had. Coming from the tri state area that says a lot considering all the restaurants we have. Go figure, small town Maine with awesome sushi and service. The only thing was the music was inconsistent with the theme. Ha ha.

Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Been many many times and wonderful each time. Mike and Kim the owners are great and son Dexter has great creations and awesome music playing. If you thought you could not find good sushi in Bridgton, you gotta try it out.

The *perfect* blend of Sushi and Tacos! We have eaten here a few times now and have not had a single bad bite. The Octopus Carpaccio (pictured) was unlike any octopus I’ve had before, and worth a try if it’s available. The best 2 things on the menu might just be the Asada Fries and the Sushi Nachos. The fries are cooked perfectly, smothered in carne asada meat, cheese, guac and are highly addictive. The Sushi Nachos are even a cut above that with sashimi over crispy wonton, flavorful sauces, micro greens and red onion. They are perfectly balanced and a must try for Sushi lovers!

It’s rare for me to write a bad review of a restaurant- maybe they’re slammed that night, a cook called out sick, or something else. But there were just too many bad things here for it to just be a bad night. I had dinner with 5 friends before we went to the Magic Lantern. The service was terrible and slow to respond, even though the small restaurant wasn’t even filled. I hate saying this as a former waitress, but the wait staff was standing around chatting while we were waiting for our waitress to introduce herself and take our drink orders. I’m very forgiving of wait staff – it’s a hard job and they often get blamed for things that are not their fault (like the quality of the food). But this group didn’t seem like they had proper training or supervision.

By far the very best sushi I’ve ever had! This place isa gem. You won’t be disappointed…we had tuna tacos, an elevation roll, paradise roll and kept asking for more!! It’s ridiculously good!!! There were more spicy tuna rolls than in the photo but we ate them!

My husband and I went here on a busy Friday, absolutely amazing. Our waitress (Kimberly I think was her name?) was awesome at tending to every customer with perfect timing. The guys making rolls hopped in and helped her when they could, perfect flow of service! The food was absolutely amazing. We each got tacos and sushi(bear roll farthest, Leo closest), but it was some of the best sushi we’ve had in the east. It was so good I forgot to take pictures of my fish tacos, which were also insanely good. Can’t wait to go back. Cannot recommend enough!!! 10 stars!!!

Wow! Honestly that is the best description I can give Elevation Sushi and Tacos because it was truly that good. The staff was all very friendly and informed us of specials that they had and anything they were sold out of as we were the last customers of the night. Every single roll we tried was exceptional. I really enjoyed the Bridgton Roll that they had and the spicy Tuna as well. I definitely will be going back again and am looking forward to it.
