Went to this location tonight around 1030 pulled into a stall and the lady were not taking order and if you go through drive its going to take a while so I pulled around to drive ordered my food with someone else then waited on my food got my food and my French fries were ice cold but my chicken was piping hott I get that it’s close to close but they still had 30 minutes they couldn’t make me some fresh fried I mean they made the chicken it wouldn’t have taken any more time and if it did I would’ve gladly waited I am a senior Manager at a restaurant here in Norman and we take care of our customers and serve them until the minute we close and we don’t give them old food because because we don’t feel like making them just because we’re close to being closed.

Don’t go during happy hour on Wednesday. It took 10 minutes just to order because the lady was having a whole conversation with somebody else while on the speaker with me. Then only gave 2 thin sliced ced of lime when I asked for extra.

2 stars out of sympathy. 8:00 AM and there was literally ONE person working the kitchen, the drive thru, and the stalls. Order aheads from the app were being sent through the drive thru. Ended up leaving without my order so I wouldn’t be late for work. No idea if I can get a refund.

There is a rude guy who works here. He is prissy and looks around your car in disgust and charges full drink prices for a cup of ice. The other employees are nice but you can’t use the app here. Also, today, 2 male employees were smoking right next to the drive-thru window. You couldn’t escape the smell getting into your car.

I went to order a burger and was met with the rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I asked for a burger combo and was insulted twice while trying to think of what I wanted with my order as she begged from me in a sassy tone,” you want me to read your mind?” When I told her she was being sassy she insulted me again by deflecting and calling me sassy. Needless to say, I drove out without my order and will not be returning because I did not trust any food that they would make. If you lack respect for a customer, I highly doubt you have any respect for the food you serve; I believe her name was Trish. AVOID THIS SONIC! ! !
