We love Bayboro! We live in St Pete and know all the breweries. This is the best beer of them all. They are experimental and knock everything out of the park. There’s also great music, entertainment and events. The owner, James, is such a joy to chat with. And his team is incredible. Shout out to Mark, Hannah, Olivia and Mark. Good food too!

Fun atmosphere. Wide selection of beer and we liked all of them, with of course individual favorites. There are 3 IPAs and an even longer list of ale. We also tried one of the sours (cherry) and it was excellent – just the right amount of “sourness”, not overpowering. For a snack highly recommend The Cure, i.e. their version of loaded tots. Looking forward to go back and try their sandwiches and bbq.

Friendly staff that were easy to chat with. The beers were good, but was disappointed that they were out of some core beers like the kolsch, which I was excited to try. Ordered our beer flights before food, and then realized that there was a slider flight with beer pairings. So the beers I got with the sandwich flight probably were not the beers that were intended to go with those sandwiches, but the Schwarzbier was exceptionally good. I was bummed that the sliders did not have all the accompaniments that the sandwiches said they would have, ie. blueberry marmalade on the Half and Half or pickles on the Cubano. With that said, they did have a power malfunction in their kitchen overnight and lost a lot of product. So those eliminated items could have been product that they lost, or maybe it doesn’t translate well into sliders. Either way this place is a must try. Also great outdoor space in the rear.

I recently visited the local brewery and had an overall disappointing experience due to the bartenders’ lack of attentiveness and engagement. Throughout my time there, I noticed that the bartenders were frequently on their cell phones and seemed disinterested in providing quality service.

I Did not have food but they do have it….i had just beer….it was good…19 choices…had the Hurricane Helles. Nice…good service, not crowded…didn’t know it was here but was sent over by RAD bikes…they have live music. Hannah took good care of us. Thank you
