Me and my companion went to this establishment, early/late around 3 AM and I decided I wanted to try the new waffle sandwich. My waitress was very helpful. She explained y’all did not sell that but directed me of how I could make it myself. It was delicious y’all should add it to your menu. it was very fulfilling!! The cook cooked everything to my liking in the end product was magnificent!

I have been here twice in the past two weeks. The manager working the grill has half the restaurant closed down and a hand written sign on the door, “No Togo orders”. Only handing out Togo cups and silverware so they don’t have to wash it. I understand being short staffed but to see the manager just hold up the wall is ridiculous.

Walked in on 7/23/23, no greetings, had two couples only in the entire building. All tables dirty, had to clean our own table off. Sat there 10 minutes not one time did any one acknowledge us ask us for drink order, nothing. We got up and walked out.

I will probably NEVER stop at this location again!! It’s close to my house so, I went there at 12am because I had been too busy to cook and I was tired. When I walked in, I was told by the 2 ladies working there that they won’t be cooking anymore food for the night because one of them was scheduled to get off work at 2am and she had to clean up before her shift was over. I went to my car and watched both ladies walk outside and take a 15 min break while I tried to find a menu for Arby’s next door.. Against my better judgment, I went back to that location in Hogansville about 2 weeks later and stood at the register to place a to-go order and I was hardly acknowledged as I stood there for 32 min. The only thing that was said to me or the other people waiting to place an order was, hold on, let me get them next.. Then I realized that the group of 7, who were sitting in a booth and the low counter, didn’t even give their order yet. The place was not crowded at all. Maybe 15 people seated in the whole restaurant. The 2 guys who were working were moving in slow motion. The cook walked to the back to take a break, meanwhile, several people were still standing in line along with other people in another booth,, waiting to place an order! I stood there for over 45 minutes and ended up walking out without placing an order! This location is a joke and they need to shut it down! Plus, they NEVER answer the phone!!

That place sucked the cook was garbage only had one server. She was trying her best but the cook was not listening. We ended up waiting 3 hours almost for food and walked out. Definitely would recommend never going here.

We had great service by Amanda . She was fast and efficient and friendly! The food was ordered and brought out fast and perfect! Request for very well hash browns was spot on!! His breakfast was good and my chicken sandwich and grits were awesome!! We like having a Waffle House close to a truck stop! Not alway the case.. We will try to make it back!!
