I have used this Pizza hut for years! Never again!!! I ordered 2 large pizza and received the incorrect toppings, not the first time. When I called alls they could say was “well that was what was ordered online” . I explained it was missing topping that I ordered. Why would I order a 3 topping pizza and only order 1 topping. John & Katrina the manager said sorry we only go with what’s online. I offered to send a picture. They could even take the pizza back it wasn’t what I ordered why would I want nor pay for something I didn’t order. Absolutely dissatisfied!

We ordered carryout from this location on a Friday night. The staff was busy but friendly and helped us immediately. The food was hot and ready to good very quickly. And delicious. We will continue to order from this Pizza Hut!

The stuffed crust pizza tasted like old dough and when a kid wont eat it you know it was not good. It was a very sloppy looking pizza and the sauce was sour tasting. I tried calling 13 times the night we ordered, it would ring many times and hang up. I have tried many times today and no answer. This is frustrating to know the customer service has dropped to this level.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and I was gonna give a big tip but my order never got deliver couldn’t get a hold of anyone in the store. Such a horrible experience. No one tried to help me get a dang pizza. I’ll never order Pizza Hut ever again after this horrible experience. Good luck in the future Pizza Hut get your stuff together

I entered the store and was the only customer. 3 different employees noticed me standing at the counter, but they failed to help me for a legitimate 5 minutes. Two were folding pizza boxes and one was mixing pasta. I was ignored.

Excellent customer service! They were out of a couple of things but the app told us upon ordering so it wasn’t a surprise when we got there. The employee notified us and apologized for not having those items when we got there and then gave us a little something extra for the inconvenience (which we hadn’t even mentioned). We always appreciate that kinda of thing and look forward to patronizing them soon. Thank you!!

I called the store 17 times to edit my order and update the address but they didn’t pick up the calls then I even called the customer service number three times. The store didn’t pick up their calls either. After all this my food got cold and I had to walk to the road to get the delivery
