Ordered a thin crust x-cheese and XL New York style. XL New York was great. Everyone loved it. The thin crust w/ x-cheese was lacking cheese. I have to say, Little Ceasars thin crust is much better AND CHEAPER! The cheese on it didn’t cover it. Very disappointing.

I don’t like being told when I called and asked before placing my order, “can you break a hundred dollar bill?” And when I asked, the person on the phone asked another person/shift leader and they replied “yes”. When I got there and was told no. If they had simply said when I called and asked, “sorry we cannot accept a fifty or hundred dollar bill”. I would have stopped at my bank and got change.

I needed emergency pizzas for a third grade class and they made me some BEFORE THEY OPENED! Talk about customer service!!!!! Thank you so much for saving the day! Little Caesar’s was suppose to be open but had temporary hours that were not changed online. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you!

The lobby is not open to pick up your Pizza you have to wait in drive through line in order to get it. What a joke!!!! I was in line for 15 min because apparently if your at the window and your Pizza is not ready you’re allowed to wait at the window and even thought the 15 cars behind them their Pizza is ready. NOTE TO MANAGER… send them to a parking spot to wait and give them a time so they can get back in line or maybe take it to their car instead of holding up the line. You may be short staff but trust me it would be well worth the time to do this and productive. I won’t be going back there until they fix this.

Pizza was great, the staff were great as well, although the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the lack of driver cross training. Multiple stations to take orders or cash someone out but neither a manager or driver assisted the only upfront worker.
