It is a shame that people don’t have respect for public bathrooms causing this establishment (I assume since it has not been open for two years to customers) to say it’s out of order. I am not interested in using a port-a-potty and I’m sure the employees aren’t using the port-a-potty. I don’t expect to use if not buying from them but we did buy lunch for two people. Will happily pay a little more to be able to use the bathroom. Staff was nice and they have a lot of ice cream. Not much else.

Super friendly staff and I absolutely adored that we could arrive via boat! However, the approximately $3 per very small cone for slightly icy/freezer burned ice cream left us all a bit disappointed. We climbed up to the top deck to eat our ice cream and found very little seating but it was nice and cool with a pretty view.

The upper deck is a lovely place for a quick meal while sitting in a huge swing and looking at the lovely Bath Creek. We had shrimp burgers and fries. Both were hot and tasty. No restroom except a Porta Potty, FYI.

Great burger and hot dog stop right on the river. There’s also a Tiny House to rent. Great for fishermen looking for an overnight rest after a long day’s fishing. Located in the heart of quaint historic Bath, NC.

Staff very nice, loved the top deck overlooking the water. Fries were hot and delicious. Shrimp burger was delicious too. After eating others shrimp burgers I’m used to twice as much shrimp or more for the same price. I would definitely eat there again…

Absolutely delicious! Shrimp burger was AWESOME. Lots of big 20-26 ct shrimp, perfectly fried in a light batter. Food was piping hot, made to order on a Saturday at lunch time. Super pleased!
