It’s a donut shop with a drive through. It’s family operated so they’re very hard working to make sure you get what you want. Sometimes a little hard to understand but that’s ok, donuts are good and the coffee is hot.

They have messed up my strawberry refresher every single time I’ve ordered it, it tasted rotten and when I asked them to remake it they argued with me then refused even after I showed the receipt and have the sad excuse of a refresher in my hand. I’ve been to around 50 Dunkin’s throughout the whole country and this is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Stay clear.

My initial review from 8/25 was removed with who knows how many others!! *** Ordered through the mobile app when I was pulling in. Got to the window and the worker was very nice but I tasted the coffee (cold brew with brown sugar syrup and pumpkin cold foam) and it tasted like water. The cold foam had no flavor and neither did the coffee. I pulled back around and asked if I could just have a refund because I didn’t want it and the manager or owner (not sure) interrupted me talking to the worker. He was super rude and saying “this is what you ordered and I said I know but it has no flavor (which she repeated “she is saying it’s not good”). He kept pointing at it and saying he was not giving me a refund and tried to force me to order something else (which clearly I didn’t want). I pulled away as I told him I was not dealing with him and he just laughed at me. Will never go again to this location. The worker was super nice and did nothing wrong.

Will not order from this Dunkin Donuts again . They can even get the size of your coffee correct. This has happened on multiple occasions. They probably charge you for a large and will give you a medium. And of course the receipt is conveniently left out .

I just want to say I come in here everyday, it’s not always perfect but I will say in the morning there is the nicest lady that works she’s Middle Eastern in her mid 30s I’d say and she makes my coffee perfectly every time. She has smiles she is kind and patient and sometimes she’s often the best part of my day. So thank you to my morning coffee lady
