Don’t do pizza very often, but every now and then on one of those days when the wife and I are just to beat to cook, we have always found the Fredericktown Dominoes to be prompt, courteous, the order accurate, and despite having to deliver well outside of town the food is warm.

Horrible. The pizza was dry with no garlic butter on the crust. Had to go back and ask for the garlic butter to be added, and they only put a dab, in spots. Also tried the newer loaded tots. They barely had any toppings, just in the very middle of the pile. All the outer tots had nothing on them. We don’t live in Fredericktown, so this order was out of convenience, due to being there. Total waste of time and money. It was clear, the employees had better things to do, other than their job. I highly don’t recommend this Domino’s location.

I have tried to order Dominic’s twice in six months and each time the service gets worse each time. The first trip an order was placed 30 minutes before ariving and still had to wait 30 minutes. The second trip After calling 1.5 hours ahead to place an order needed by a certain time they wait until 5 minutes before pick up to let us know they were out of products and couldn’t make half the order. You also have to argue for them to honor advertised prices. I never leave negative reviews but this location is horrible.

Very disappointed in the quality and timeliness of our last three orders. The first was barely warm and was delivered an hour and a half after it was order. The second was incomplete, took an hour and two calls from the delivery guy. I do not have a difficult address to find. Tonights order was quality checked at 6:07. It is an hour after that now and still no pizza. When I called to check on it they said it was the next one out the door, but they didn’t know if it was still warm. They asked if I wanted them to remake it? Seriously? How many more hours would that take.

I’m giving my pizza a 1 star because it did come hot but that’s it. It had very little cheese in the middle of it but was so over cooked that the whole thing was like a hard cracker. Seriously 3 to 4 inch around the outside of a medium pizza had no cheese at all.

Ordered some pizzas and garlic things. Wife showed up to pick them up and tried to pay for our $57 order with a $100 bill. After a meeting of the minds, dominoes stated they couldn’t accept the bill. Not because it was counterfeit, just because it was a $100 and I guess the $43 in change was out of line. Wild experience.

Worst place you could order from. Food is never made properly. Staff is very rude. The entire staff would be fired if drug tested. I will always give a place three chances. I’ve given my three. My last delivery order I ordered three items. A large hand tossed pepperoni, specialty chicken, and Alfredo bread bowl pasta. Took over an hour, was not made properly, delivery driver was not mean but very rude and unprofessional. Had the nerve to call me about the issue and was stuttering the entire time because he knew he was wrong. I work in customer service my self so I never like to complain because I know people do for no reason or their just being ridiculous. This is not the case. You need to learn the definition of the word professional and how to make food properly. If you decide to order from this location you have been warned of what your experience will likely be. I generally hope you improve this location. Very unsatisfactory!
