We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Cheap food done cheaply. The gizmo that lets drive-through patrons place their orders was broken so the line was extremely slow. Patrons had to order at the window where they pay.

Got the 1/2 pound chicken and fries box. I don’t think it was half pound but glad that happened. The chicken was raw, hard and fake af. I think it was just old for weeks. Couldn’t even break one with hands. Never had a problem but never again. The one star is for the fries.

Responded to this location on Monday 16 August 2021. Pulled up in drive through at 7:55pm, and was greeted with this pre-recorded message, “Thank you for choosing Checkers, we are currently closed.” Continued through driveway to exit and observed two employees inside laughing and joking around.

They said they don’t make slushies anymore. They got my order wrong. And the girl had on gloves on while having cash and food. The guy who looked dressed as a manager was extremely rude and tossed the wrong food at me. Won’t go back. The workers were clearly high and it smelled like Marijuana coming out of the place. They need to hire new people. This was on 4.7 21 at 4pm

This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Super slow drive thru. They don’t take the order until you pull up to the window, so everyone has to wait while they put together the order since it is not ready when you pull up. They have a microphone you could order on, but they don’t use it. The woman at the window couldn’t process more than one item at a time. Maybe this is because she wasn’t using a touch screen to take our order. Then they charged us for the wrong items. Then we had to pull to the side while they put together our order. The hamburgers were cold. That was the first and last time I will eat at this Checkers.

Honestly I enjoyed the burger I got. It was what you would expect from a fast food joint. However what I didn’t like was the poor customer service, the workers were rude and didn’t seem to care about their job or the food they were serving. Also about 10 minutes ago I was huddled over the toilet vomiting… don’t know if it was the chicken sandwich that I got, which tasted a bit funky, or just from the whole meal. Overall I do not recommend… trust me keep on driving to a McDonald’s or something.

Unless you go through the drive thru it will take them about 20 minutes to get to you to even take your order, they appear to be VERY understaffed. The last time I was at this location the food was cold as soon as it was handed to me, and the fries were hard as if they had been made and then sat for a little while. Don’t try to go inside to order, the people in the drive thru take precedence over anyone standing inside. Not to mention that the inside is VERY dirty as if they never mop the floor or clean off anything.. Semi understandable because they don’t ever go out there, but still unappealing as a customer.

It’s not bad. Not great either. Service is hit or miss. I go there for milkshakes and boneless chicken wings especially when the McDonald’s across the street runs out of food. The shakes are really good. And the boneless wings are tossed in the sauce. Today, they handed my food out the window and were gone before I could ask for the extra sauce they charged me for.
