I ordered ahead through the app still showing up 20 mins after order was to be completed with the understanding of the high traffic and demand due to the storm 2 days ago. My order was totally wrong. The bag tag had my name on it but when I opened the bag it had another customers name on the sticker. Someone else’s order right? Well I guess when I asked for my order to be remade omg was that a sin. After I watched 3 more orders be made I asked, “after how many more customers will my order be made?”, the General MGR raised her voice and and cut me off. Customers always right? So if you have someone inconvenienced why not compensate for someone else time that you can’t give back. “Hey man, we’ re really slammed right now. I can try to get to you as soon as I can. How about a drink while you wait!”. Not this time. Imagine that. Or how about respect the people that pay your paycheck? Got a name, Meranda Overton she threw my food in the bag, no fork like with the original order no naps no nothing. “Here” is what I got. All because you guys made a mistake? Crazy world we live in. Chipotle won’t get another dime of my money. There was never a need to be rude at all Miranda. If traffic is too heavy for you to handle. Then let someone else deal. Everyone doesn’t have to have a bad day because you are.came to get food not someone’s feelings in the wrong bag . My monies will go elsewhere!

This is the second time this location has messed up quesadillas. One time they put the black beans and rice that were the sides inside of the chicken quesadilla I ordered, this time they gave me two rolled up tortillas instead of a cheese quesadilla. How do you mess up a cheese quesadilla? Forget getting your money back if they f up your order, you can’t reach anyone at the store by phone and the chat support is an automated bot that will not let you connect to a representative.

Update: This Chipotle is the worst. It’s never opened on time and usually open 20 min late. Then when they open the doors they only have half the food on the line, stating it would be awhile before having the food ready. This even includes no quac or veggies.

Every person working made eye contact and was extremely kind. The food was almost the best Chipotle I’ve had yet. The bathroom was clean and all utensils and condiments were filled. Great job guys!

The quality at this location has gone downhill lately. My last several visits they were out of fajita veggies. When I asked if there was a shortage, the employee behind the counter said “sometimes they just don’t feel like making them”. No one cleaning tables but plenty of staff standing around, laughing, and chit-chatting behind the counter. That’s okay to have fun at work but not when there’s only 1 girl making bowls, a line of 5 people waiting, dirty tables and floor. We had to clean our own table.

Chipotle at 41st is a truly disappointing experience every time! Immediately after opening, they were already out of essential menu items, which is simply unacceptable. The service was even more appalling, with staff members being inattentive and outright rude at times. There are plenty of other dining options around; I strongly suggest you explore those rather than waste your time and money here!

Used Chipotle for a catering order. Didn’t much like the fact I had to place 2 separate orders to get a “Burrito by the Box” & also 5 custom made burritos BUT we were all pleased with our food! Great tasting food, plenty of chips, and condiments to go around, and everyone was full. Had a couple of my team members say they couldn’t even finish their burritos because they were so big! Loved the packaging of the “Burritos by the Box” easy to carry & included all we needed. The burritos were sort of cold but to be honest they were still very delicious. The service received was so-so though. Order was ready upon arrival which was nice. But than when asking about rewards was told I could only do that if I paid in store….although I placed the whole order online which I thought was silly. But looking in the app I located that you could indeed do it afterwards, which I advised the lady at the counter, (guess she wasn’t aware). I also had to ask for assistance in getting the order to my car which I thought was a bit odd since the boxes had some weight to them, plus I had 2 of them and a bag for my custom burritos. But a nice gentleman did indeed help me get it to my car. Overall pleased with our experience and would consider Chipotle again for future ordering.

Very very disappointed. Burrito was just crumpled up and the bowl was supposed to have extra everything and the portion size does not match that. I have ordered from here before and it was fine but this is not acceptable.

I haven’t been since before COVID 19 but It was ok the food looked like it hadn’t been refreshed. The young lady piled up the person’s in front of me then with my order I had to keep asking for a lil more please, (I guess because it was at the bottom she was saving but it was only 6pm ?) She literally packed the cups in front of me by pushing it down and trickled meat on mine? I don’t know if I’ll be going back. I just didn’t know how many times I was supposed to ask for a proper amount. This is a different location than before… I don’t know…. All rice, lettuce and beans I don’t need to pay $40 for that again.

It was 9:00 and they close at 10. But they acted as if I walked in at 9:55. I was practically ignored for 2 minutes not even a Hello well be right with you. 3 people ignored me until 1 of them stopped cleaning and changed his gloves and came to take my order. Then when my order got to the register. The guy told the lady what I had on my order and she looked up at me and said “Ok” with a strange look on her face that I was genuinely confused by. Need less to say I wouldn’t go back to this location. Customer service is not a priority for them.
