This is one of our favorite places to get fried chicken. The half and half tenders are nice and crispy and not too spicy. The rolls are the best! We always get extra rolls to go! Lots of big orders happened today at this location but the staff was helpful and got my order to me quicker than i expected after they finished the large orders.

There is bad fried chicken and there is really bad fried chicken, This was really bad: chicken was dry-even the thigh, coating was so hard I was afraid I was going to crack my teeth. The only good thing was the roll. I am a fried chicken fan, but won’t be giving this place another try.

My order was 28 minutes late. 28 minutes. I arrived when my order should have been done (within a 1-2 minute window) was asked to wait a couple of minutes, stood in the lobby. My order was apparently given to somebody running door dash by mistake (it happens) and then I had to wait ANOTHER 10-15 minutes before anybody bothered to put my order together for a second time. I think I watched 8 or 9 customers come in after me and leave before me.

Took over an hour to get my online order that was estimated at 30mins; seems there was confusion on my name with the other online orders they had since it had been ready when I arrived. The food was okay, had to reheat everything, and it dried out the chicken and the fries were already cold and soggy. With all the online orders they need to improve their pickup process… watched many walk-ins get their family meals while I waited for 30mins after the pick up time. Recommend walking in to order; online takes longer and worse quality when the food sits around.

Had heard good things about the fried chicken here but we were disappointed. We were in Woodinville running errands and stopped in to get some lunch We had 4 piece white meat and ate in our car outside. The chicken wasn’t hot. The batter was inedible. It was “brittle” and crumbled into flakes. We realized as we ate that the folks who’d been waiting for food when we arrived, were still waiting as we ate and that perhaps the trick is to ensure you ask for freshly fried chicken. Everyone wore masks and the staff was friendly.
