Haven’t been to dominos in like 2 years because food isn’t good. Decided to try again and nothings changed. Cheese dip was hard and not even scoopable, it was a centimeter thin and could only eat 2 of the bread twists with it before it was gone. Not to mention they forgot one of the 2 items I ordered and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to bring it back. Location on Babcock has always been consistently better. Save your money and stay away from this place unless you enjoy hard cheese dip and only receiving half of your order.

Emptied, we tore these boxes apart and got them right away. Little Caesars makes pizza faster but they said it would take 35 minutes instead of 10 minutes from Domino’s. It has been less busy but at the end of the day quality and efficiency won. Both did have great customer service though.

This place has the worst customer service ever. I ordered two pizzas. One of the pizzas came burnt. I took pictures and called the store. The person who answered was supposedly the manager. She told me that she wouldn’t refund my money unless I had half the pizza. I told her that the kids ate half, and I threw away the rest. She refused to try to make it up to me. What a terrible policy. Clearly, when the pizza was made, they saw that it was burnt.

Someone didn’t do there job. Burnt pizza . They want my husband to wait to eat after waiting a hour for a order so they can remake a new 1 and come get the burnt 1 this isn’t the 1st time we had problems but it is the last.

The service at this location has gone downhill. This is the 3rd time I’ve received overcooked and incorrectly made pizza . The reasoning for not receiving the extra cheese I ordered was because of the toppings. Three toppings means reduced cheese??? If I’m paying for extra cheese. I expect to receive it. When I finally received my remade pizza, they forgot to cut it. I’m over it. I will no longer patronize this location.

Our go-to pizza place when we don’t feel like cooking. The associates are always nice and welcoming, even when they are slammed. The food quality is consistently good, ready quickly, and immediately corrected if something is wrong. We only pick up so I cannot comment on delivery service.

I’ve had issues with this place. I’d give them 4.5 stars though. The pizza is obviously really good. The sandwiches are good. The best part is they are only 2 miles from me. (So the issue I had was that it took them 1hr and 15mins to deliver an order that should only have taken 30 mins, which is what they told me when I ordered it!) Oh, and their Chicken Wings are very generic, but they are about the best generic chicken wings you’ll find at a fast food pizza place!
