I don’t like the big-screen advertisements playing. The overall design of the building tries to stand out but falls short. I don’t understand the theme. Now for the good. The food was great. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger plain with barbecue sauce on the side. In a meal. And that’s exactly what I got. Hot and delicious. The bacon was a bit thin but cooked perfectly. The fries were crispy and meaty. The food in this place hasn’t let me down yet. Very pleased.

Their food is always fresh and delicious. The line takes a while during lunch and dinner hours, sometimes up to 10 minutes until you can order then depending on what and how much you ordered, it might take another 3-6 minutes to get your food. After you pay, you will be given a number and asked to pull forward. Courteous staff will run your food out when it’s hot and ready and stick around to ensure you have everything you ordered and all the sauces and condiments you need.

We enjoyed our dinner but once we ordered ice cream it was like they completely forgot about us. 25 minutes for ice cream? And that is after I went to the front and asked for it. Women went around the corner to look for it and came right out with my half melted sundays and a concrete mixer that was now essentially a shake. just awesome…. totally worth the money…

I’ve gone to this store over a dozens time and they basically have a 90% wrong order rating when I go through the drive three. Tonight what is supposed to be a 4 peace tenders mean and a double deluxe and larger fries, I got a 4 peace tenders and some shrimp. Such a common occurrence from this store. Most times it’s either missing stuff or just wrong.

Love most Culver’s but this one is awful. Just waited the normal 20 minutes for food only to have my chicken strips be cold. 84 degrees at the center of a chicken strip is way under cooked or sat there forever.

Super clean on the inside, employees were super friendly. I got a Culver deluxe double, fries and cheese curds. Burger was amazing, nothing fancy but it was kind of crispy but juicy! Fries were just your normal crinkle cut fries but they tasted fresh. Cheese curds weren’t the best I’ve had but they were good. Husband got a bacon deluxe (forgot the picture) but he said it was great.

Worst service ever!! Ordered food without onions and both sandwiches came with onions. Asked for ranch and they told me I had to pay for it. After I got home, I realized I never got the ranch I paid for. Called in spoke with manager and he passed the phone to some kid. Go somewhere else!

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Finally took my number and went in the side door and got my money back. It shouldn’t take 30 plus minutes to get a large concrete mixer! Will never go to the Grimes Culver’s again!
