Fun little place with really good food! I ordered the #5 – Big Poppa bowl. So, so good! Also had the corn bowl and it had a perfect sweetness too it!

Cool spot, great service. Triple B Tacos are delicious and the Birria sandwich was just as good the griddled cheese on it was outstanding.

Really tasty. Green chili is delicious!! I ordered the Triple B Nachos and the bbq sauce masked the other delicious flavors. Would order again w/out BBQ sauce and extra chili. Others in our party ordered Mac Daddy Tacos & The Queso Birria Tacos and those were doth to die for yum ! We will be back to try more things. We were sad they were out of banana pudding but we will try it next time!

What a fantastic gem for Brighton. Great atmosphere, fantastic spin on traditional food, and the service of the staff was great! The only reason for 4 stars is the PRICE!!! It’s so expensive.

Great new place in the area. I had the Triple B quesadilla and wife had the pork tacos. Both were fantastic! We will definitely be back

This place is AWESOME! The staff was energetic and welcoming. The triple b quesadilla was delicious (whatever magical seasoning they sprinkled on the outside of the quesadilla is a game changer). The street corn was bomb, and the spicy mango margarita was on point. I highly recommend you give it a try!

Birria tacos are super good and service as well, the kids supposed to get a free quesadilla on Wednesday but they still charged me for it, it was a little confusing but the birria tacos are super good it reminds me to a place in pueblo colorado but this one is much closer

Extremely overpriced. $20 for 3 birria tacos or about $21 for nachos and the “Queso” was not very good. Mission tortillas and bad chips. Not worth the hype.

Been to their food truck a few times and this was my first trip to their restaurant. Everything was so delicious! The restaurant is very clean and spacious. Food came out quickly and the servers were so friendly. I ordered the Big Poppa quesadilla

What a breath of fresh air! The atmosphere of the restaurant is casual and fun (cannot wait for the patio) and the food is incredible. We had a little bit of everything (chicken tacos, pork quesadilla, rice, corn, green chili, and banana pudding) and everything was top notch! We also found ourselves admiring what others ordered to calculate what we will get next time we visit. The favor of the green chili was outstanding, no wonder it’s award winning! Thank you for an amazing meal! We will be regulars!
