This is a hot take, but the food at the cafe is better than the Parkside restaurant. The Cajun pasta I got from Parkside Bar & Grill, and the chicken was really dry, and the pasta was stiff, which is weird because I tried smothering it in all the sauce, but no luck for saving the chicken. At the cafe next door I had a chicken sandwich one day that was very good, and a well loaded quesadilla that was amazing and I wish I could’ve taken the leftovers it into the convention center nextdoor. Staff was okay, although one waiter was a little hostile towards our party because we went from sitting at the bar to the table. We apologized to the waitstaff and bartender for the inconvenience, and the bartenders were understanding so we were very grateful.

Atmosphere and staff are amazing. Very attentive staff that make sure to make your stay that much more enjoyable. We chose to order wings and they first came out the wrong flavor but then they were just a bit too crunchy for our taste. Drinks were great and the atmosphere was very professional and enjoyable. We plan on staying at the Sheraton again when in Dallas. They did have more options on the menu which we will have to try. Beautiful and clean. Enjoyed our night.

In town for Da Bears game. Olivia was very down to earth and funny. Provided great service. She was the only server. Kudos to Olivia. Jesus was a one man wrecking crew behind the bar and assisted with table’s. Last and certainly not least is “Rechelle”. I didn’t misspell. LOL. The supervisor also came to the rescue and helped in all areas while providing humor. It was a great time. Can’t way to go back. Thanks for making Da Bears fans feel welcome!

We were there around Memorial Day. They opened after 5 p.m. on Sunday and Monday. Pretty basic and not too many options for bourbons. Staff were kind. Did not try the food this time.
