My Dad had surgery this morning and then we had a HARROWING drive back from Utah on icy roads in blinding snowstorms, with multiple wrecks and road closures. We were starving and called ahead to the Pizza Hut in Burley for late food on our way home. There was so much snow we couldn’t find the driveway. Not only did the guy we had talked to on the phone (Nathan) come out with no coat on to help us find the driveway in the snowstorm, he also helped my Dad get out of the car and onto his crutches, assisted him in, held the door, and had our order hot & ready. The rest of the staff was also super friendly & helpful and welcoming. They really all went above and beyond (near closing time too!) while we waited for the storm to pass & to get home safely. Can’t say a big enough Thank You.

I ordered for delivery off the Pizza Hut app. They sent my order to DoorDash and 2 hours later I call Pizza Hut to find out where my order was and they said it left and hour and a half ago. I said I want a refund they said no because it went to DoorDash. I said I don’t order from DoorDash I ordered from the Pizza Hut app. They will not refund my money, DoorDash has no record of this order so this is a new scam.
