I love BK usually, go there everytime I come to town but the lady who gave us our food messed up our order (multiple times) threw a fit when we tried to have them correct it and she looked very under the influence. When we asked for the manager, the manager did little to nothing to fix it. I’m now out 120 when I could’ve just paid 60 for my family to eat. I’ll never eat at this location again and I’m going to make sure everyone hears about this. I suggest going across town where they care.

We are out of towners and I promise we won’t be back. The girl that took our order was rude from the time we pulled to the drive thru to the time we were given our food. No please and thank you. After asking us what she can get us, we tell her a few items and she said again “We’ll be with you in a few minutes”. When we were finished ordering she just said “pull up” we weren’t sure we even heard her right. Pulled up to the window and she tells us the amount. No please. Give her the money, no thank yous. She said “pull up to the line” no please or thank you. She brings our food to our vehicle and hands the food to us without saying a word. The sandwiches were smooshed but ok. Lady, if you hate your job so much, find something NOT in customer service. Thank you!

BK on the west side of town is the best BK I’ve had in 10 years or more. But this one ? Hands down the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life. They gave me a literal ice cold whopper. I had an appointment so I had to just eat a few bites around the edge. It took the poor girl 5 mins to even punch in the order so I knew it was gonna be bad. If you want good BK which is hard to find …. Go to the west location.

Just went this morning and have been here many times. This location I have NEVER had a bad experience. Always polite and food is always PERFECT. Have never gotten a wrong order at this location. Their croissants were so soft and delicious!!! I don’t hand out 5 stars easily! This location management has it on point!!
