I’m originally from Florida and all of the Pizza Huts in my area dumped the dime in service so it’s great to see this location still offering it. Never had a bad time when ordering food from here and definitely love the wings with a pizza from time to time. Staff is always super friendly and food is always hot with great flavor!

I ordered the dinner box with the upgrade to cheese sticks for delivery from the app including a tip. The order was registered as carryout. I had to call so they would deliver it to me. They were quick about it, but my pizza was wrong as I ordered beef and got pepperoni. The cheese sticks and cinni sticks look as though they had been made long ago. If you want fresh pizza hut pizza accurately made, dont use the app. Go in and order it yourself.

We ordered two pizzas for delivery. When our driver handed me the pizzas, I accidentally dropped one due to my dogs being chaotic at the door. The driver asked multiple times if I wanted my order remade, and I insisted that it was OK, as it was my fault. Even though I declined them remaking it, less than 20 minutes later they arrived back at my door with BOTH pizzas remade. What great customer service!

I had a delivery order placed this evening at 5:50pm using PayPal it was paid for! At 7:00pm with no delivery, I called Pizza Hut and a very disgruntled employee answered. I told her the situation and she informed me they had recd no order. I explained I ordered and it was paid for. Asked her what do I do. She hung up on me!!!!! I called PayPal, and after 30 minutes on the phone, they said the charge went thru!!!! So I called Pizza Hut back, explaining it once again to the same person and she was no help, no apologies no nothing. THEN all of a sudden my order is there waiting for me to pick it up. I explained it was for delivery! I asked it’s been sitting there for over 2 hours and you didn’t call me! I was told they don’t call customers!! I said then why do you ask for my phone number!!! I did end up having to pick up the COLD pizza, and was given no apology!!!! Local businesses need to realize that their product is not really that much better than anyone else, so what they need to offer, to get the edge, is good customer service. Pizza Hut fell way short of good customer service. They have lost any future business from me at this Del Rio location!

The prices marked on the menu are not the actual prices. When I received the bill, I brought it to their attention and they told me the prices can vary from what’s on the menu and stated it says it on the menu. Well, when I had them show me, it is listed at the bottom in extremely teeny tiny writing. So the prices are actually several dollars more than what is listed. That is being a cheat and I will not support a business like that or will ever go back to Pizza Hut if this is the case. They even smirked like it was funny… completely rude.

I walked in today to pick up an order and the customer service is very rude, the lady talked to me like I was dumb. I asked her nicely and talked to me with an attitude. An old lady if you don’t like you job leave it. Don’t have to be rude to your clients.
