Love dairy queen. However the inside restaurant was closed, I could only order through the drive thru. Went ment eating the ice cream in a hot car in the parking lot because it would melt in the car. I understand places are short staffed but this experience was disappointing.

I don’t know how you mess up a vanilla cone with Jimmie’s but both of our ice cream cones totally sucked!! There was no ice cream in the cone. It sat on top. The Jimmie’s were so so. Will not be going back.

Went in 02/03/22 09:45 pm asked specifically for a special order of Peanut butter blizzard light blend Xtra peanut butter cups and sauce I got a bland vanilla ice cream cup splash of pb sauce no peanut cups I drive back and tried to explain the issue and a blonde girl came to the window with h a real attitude saying that’s EXACTLY what I ordered and continued to make me upset I said this is vanilla ice cream not peanut butter chunks she rolled her eyes slammed the window when another worker asked me to go to the side and wait I never felt MORE uncomfortable wi this place I am extremely surprised since the owner is a sweet guy I hope there’s Extra training to these kids who seem to have No customer service

We ask for a mini peanut butter cup blizzard with extra pieces which we know cost more. When we got it, there was seriously hardly if any peanut butter cup pieces in it. We went back thru the drive thru to express our disappointment and they said they would make a fresh one but that one was just like the other one. We normally don’t have a problem at this DQ but very disappointed and will not return.
