As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

It’s not quite the Rallys I remember from childhood. The food is no longer cheap, and is really, astronomically expensive. The guy ordering in front of me was pretty frustrated and I soon realized why – there was a robot taking orders. (Sort of like those automated phone calls some businesses have now.) Although I myself didn’t have a problem ordering, it made it take much longer than any order normally would have before I got my turn to order. Also there were still employees working inside to take my payment, so I don’t really know why they use robot ordering. The food itself tasted alright. Definitely not as good as I remember, but not bad either.

Tried to order but the Ai ordering system is annoying. It cuts you off and keeps asking if you want stuff. Bring back humans… I got fed up at it and drove off… Went to Arby’s where a HUMAN took my drive thru order and didn’t keep cutting me off with asking if I want a desert or whatever is on special.

Great customer service skills nice friendly staff….but they serve garbage…fries hot delicious ..premium chicken sandwich hot delicious…forget the bbq bacon buford or the dbl with cheese burgers meat old dry not good…spicy chicken panties old dried out cold…apple pies cold at best several no filling…shame on you rallys I drove a long way to come there and you sell me trash

Absolutely horrible. Food was cold, wrong change was given when paying in cash. Took over 10 mins to get 2 burgers and a fry. The dude in front of me was waiting on his drink for almost 15 mins. Never stopping again.
