Ordered dinner and milkshakes and food was delivered we received the free water cup size for our milkshakes that we paid 7.00 for. I called and the manager said that her GM informed her to use the 5oz water cup size because they had ran out. Meaning that instead of charging less because we were receiving 7ozs less we paid full price ♂️ the fries were cold as well. All I can say is that I won’t be supporting this company as the GM has zero business experience. They would have been better to say they didn’t have milkshakes tonight. Such a total waste of money.

Five guys is usually great but perhaps this location was missing a guy or two today because it was a sad time bro. Ordered the bacon double, and they forgot the bacon, which is cool, it happens, but instead of giving me two pieces of bacon to put on top the girl just gave me some cold crumbled bacon bits to put on top (probably from yesterday since I came at opening) and it was just not the vibe.

As far as service and quality, this location is on point – I literally witnessed the staff training of how to dry the perfect French fry – not under done (soggy) and not over done (hard), but just perfect (crispy, light and fluffy). I didn’t know so much thought went into the French fries, but for an honest, plain French fry, they are the best! I give them 4 stars only because their prices have become a bit outrageous and frankly that is the main reason I don’t go there more often. If you’re willing to pay the price, it will be a good meal.

$20 and being prompted for a tip for a burger, fries, and a drink that tasted OK but was no better than In N Out. On top of that pulled out a chair to sit on only to find food on the chair. [Piece of hamburger meat) I should have known when I walked in and there was just one elderly couple eating at 4:30 pm in Clovis.

Load music. WAY OVER PRICED. FRIES WERE NO GOOD TOO BURNT. BURGER WAS OK. I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO IN AND OUT. AND SPENT HALF MONEY. Spent 75 dollars and they only have ketchup nothing else.

Great hamburger after I microwaved upon getting home, however, over priced. I ordered togo in store and order was ready in a timely manner with the exception of the shake. I finally asked for a refund for the shake after waiting 20 min for shake! You would expect to have enough milk in machine at 5pm to be ready for dinner rush! By the time I got home burger was cold and famous fries cold as well. Yum! I’ll go to Habit next time or Jack n the Box.

As far as 5Gs are concerned (a chain I’ve been to in at least 5 states) this is one meets the high bar for cleanliness and attitude. The burgers are consistently good and the fries are almost always crispy and plentiful.
