Order delivery they said it would be about an hour ordered at 6 pm food got here at 8 pm food was awful non of us ate it and I should of called and demanded my money back last night. I was so irate that I didn’t because it was 8 pm and my kids are more important. I will never buy food there again my first and last time.

We’ve been getting food from them for years. The prices are great. The food is great. The people are awesome! I love the staff there. The Chicken Gorgonzola Pasta and Gorgonzola burger are our favorites. We order from them almost every week.

This was our first time ordering from here, and I am so impressed! The woman on the phone was so friendly, helpful, and patient. We had quite a large order and less than a thirty minute wait time! When my mother went to pick it up a gentleman brought it right out and put it in the car for her! Definitely above and beyond. Our food was hot, DELICIOUS, and exactly as we ordered. Great prices and another plus- they actually deliver where I live! Definitely will be returning.

The last 2 times I ordered from Starrs and the phone person asked if I wanted to tip after I paid both times with a credit card. I told the phone person no, I will tip when the driver gets here. I hear her in the background telling the driver that I will tip when the driver gets to my hoyse. And, both times I was told that the driver would be there in 45 minutes. The first time was an hour and 45 minutes. The food was cold. The second time, it took an hour and a half for food to show up. I had to call to find out where the driver was tonight. She said he was on his way. I feel that if you don’t tip on the phone, you will get the food when they feel like sending it out. The bad part is that I tip $7 or $8 dollars on a $10-15 dollar order. They have permanently lost me as a customer and I will tell whoever else I know to not order from there. I will stick with Pizza Amore as I usually do from now on.

This is the last time I order from Starr. I got a turkey club sandwich from rude workers. Then I get home and I was starving but when I took the first bite there was an odor that I didn’t catch til I chewed and started vomiting on an empty stomach. When I called them they said it was a problem with my taste not there food. Now I’m wondering how many people hv gotten food poisoning from there.

I order two party size pizza for delivery we had to wait 2 hours and received cold pizza. When we opened up the boxes the pizza was ruined completely folded in half. When I called to complain they told me it was my child’s fault and continued to argue with me about it. They refuse to take responsibility for there mistake when we showed up at the store to get new pizza I was told to get a handle on my child and that it was his fault. As we left with are food the continued to make rude comments behind are back. They will NEVER get business from me again as all they want to do is argue and treat long time customers in such a manner.
