The times I’ve gone to Mana a nice man approaches and helps you respectfully but a few times a lady is there and she’s really rude to people. She wasn’t rude to me but she was rude to the other people who were next in line. She has no patience to serve the customer. She looks like the owner but be more respectful to your customers. If you want authentic tamales every morning there’s a man who sells them in front of the LOLAs on Petaluma Hill rd and people they’re fire!!

I was actually going to the Asian Market next door, when I saw Tamales Mana and decided to give them a try. I got the Jalapeno Cheese and Red Chili Pork, because I was told they were the spiciest ones. The tamales were very well made. The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because of the lack of spice. For those who like milder food, they’ll love this place. The red salsa that came with the tamales lacked heat and could use more salt.

Best tamales in Sonoma County. They have a cart too. Warning, due to their popularity they can run out of flavors and they are Closed On Sundays. All flavors are really good and filling. I have had most of the tamales and they are deliciously tender (don’t overlook the pinapple). Good masa to filling ratio. For people who don’t like spicy, they are very mild unless you put the orange hot sauce on them. Very reasonably priced. The rice is fluffy and tasty and the beans have great texture and flavor. They have a few tables to sit at (it will probable get very hot inside during the summer). Located at the old Mariachi’s (no, they don’t have the TV any longer to watch soccer on) Good People, addictive tamales.

The gentleman argued about giving me salsa I purchased 54 Tamales he gave me salsa for 20 Tamales he couldn’t give me more because he said when you buy more Tamales you get less salsa doesn’t make sense to me because when you purchase 2 Tamales you get 1 salsa so I would have been happy to receive 26 salsas I felt cheated not coming back anymore rude.

Best Tamales ever. Lots of different flavors/fillings, and inexpensive. Try to arrive earlier in the day for more selection.
