The burgers here are excellent, the staff is efficient and friendly, and the french fries are magnificent. They serve such a large portion of fries, we were laughing at their abundance. There’s a great vibe here, and the several times we’ve visited it’s never been too crowded. It’s an enjoyable place to hang out and talk over expertly prepared burgers. You won’t go away hungry!

What to say about Five Guys? One of my favorite burgers, fries are some of the best. Some people dismiss it because it’s not a local chain, but there’s a reason Five Guys is so popular all over the country – they just make delicious, juicy burgers, and near perfect fries! It’s not fancy and the music can be a little loud, but it’s a burger place, and burgers are what they do amazingly well.

Thi place is top notch. First time ever trying it was at the Mayfair mall. The burgers are juicey and tender. Cooked to perfection. Their fries are piping hot when you get them and freshly made. They are salted wonderfully and oh so crispy. You can get what ever you want on your burger and it’s just amazing. This one has nice and fast staff! If you’ve never been to a Five Guys you have to check it out!!

Never been to a Five Guys where the atmosphere is so alive. Once again had another great experience. Ordered the with the works. Very delicious and made to perfection. Just the right amount of juices and toppings to match. I am a big fan of rhe peanut oil and the are honestly one of the best in town.

I’m generally a big fan of Five Guys, however, this particular location is a dump. The floors were slick with grease throughout. The restroom was filthy. The whole restaurant smelled as if the mop water hadn’t been changed in months. Some of the walls were dirty. The soda machines were filthy and sprayed all over, making me believe they were in desperate need of cleaning and maintenance. But I still got a yummy burger, delicious fries, and received friendly service.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hamburgers we’re tasty but not as hot like I would expect. Same for fries. Kind of pricy I thought. More attention to details, like wiping down the wall tiles to keep them sparkling clean, free of fingerprints, would be good. $24 for one small cheeseburger, one regular burger with cheese and bacon, one order fries and one fountain soda. I’d go e them another chance another test based on great food at another Give Guys. Maybe they were understaffed but attention to cleanliness is too important to neglect.

My burger is always tasty and you get a ton of fries with your order of fries (sold separately). Sometimes you need to wait a little while, but that’s because they make every buger fresh when you order. It does get busy sometimes as well which can cause it to take even longer. However, the wait is worth it.

I love Five Guys in general (regardless of location). I have one comment about this specific location. I went here one evening as a treat/reward, to myself, for a milestone moment in my life and ordered three double patty “hamburgers” (yes, I can eat a lot). What I was given was three double patty “cheeseburgers”. I am a very picky eater so I had them redo my order at no cost, which they did. Sadly, I threw away the cheeseburgers. I will say the situation would likely have been avoided if greater care was placed by the employees (most of whom look to be teenagers) in fulfilling my order.
