Overall, I am satisfied with the food and service itself.However, I’ve noticed over the years the quality decreases yet the prices increase. I can see going up a few cents to even $1, but now each pizza has gone up +$2 and you don’t get anything extra. The marinara sauce is now filled less than half way and the pizzas are often cold and/or overdone. I hope that since the prices have increased, the food itself would be better. I hope that is something that improves at this location shortly.

Drove from Hinckley to Medina to get pretzel pizza, Took my daughters here last night and to say I was extremely disappointed is an understatement. Looks like everyone working was an underaged minor. My daughter ran in to grab the pizza and came back out telling me they were all swearing and calling each other names, Highly unprofessional. Got home to find that the pizza we drove 18 minutes to get was burnt and just thrown together. Just an awful experience.

Ordered supreme deep dish. Asked girl at counter if the $19 price was correct and she said yes. Got home and my wife took a bite and spit it out… All dough in the middle. Called and discussed issue and they said they’d remake it. No apology or concern about their error. I drove back up to pick up remade pizza and little concern or care that I had to come back up for their error. Asked 2nd girl if $19 price was correct and she said yes and I responded that it’s $16 on website… She said, “oh really, ” as she handed me my pizza and took the bad one said to have a good night. You would think they would have offered up a dessert or bread sticks or something for the trouble or at least given me my $3 back but none of that happened. Customer service is no longer taught apparently. Like they’re doing me a favor giving me my $20 single pizza! I’ll get my $20 pizzas from Antonio’s from now on since that’s crazy pricing from what used to be the best value in pizza…. Time’s are changing apparently!

Staff was friendly, It may be the mom in me. But they were huddled in a corner asking when customers were not at the counter, there were things that could have been cleaned. Like the front of the pizza warmers. Which is the face of the store really. But they were prompt and polite.

Don’t order the veggie deep dish. Made my wife and I sick. Was extremely under cooked and the veggies smelled and tasted funky. I think they were sitting out. Horrible experience. Sent a complaint via email too and haven’t heard back. Won’t be back to this location. Stay away and go else where.

My favorite pizza there is the supreme because they actually put a very nice amount of toppings on and do everything they can to make sure an order is right. The employees there were wonderfully upbeat and friendly, despite the fact it was very close to closing time. Dom was quick to get my order and ring it up and exceptionally kind when he heard I’d had a rough day. Thank you for making a great pizza for me and for turning my day around.
