I have yet to get a bad meal from any of the Firehouse Subs here in Valdosta. The food is always fresh and the tables are nice and clean. The only thing I’d have to complain about is that the call in orders get pushed in ahead of the in store orders. It should go in order as to when they are placed in my opinion. Other than that it’s awesome food anytime.

I been working at firehouse subs for almost 3 months now & I absolutely hated the job ever since I been working there . The coworkers have attitudes all the time for no reason. I felt like they always had a problem with me. They talk all about each other & like to spread drama while at WORK. They are very unprofessional. The mangers are rude & talk to people any type of way. The old general manager sondra was rude also. She always had a attitude with me when I asked her about something. Yesterday Christi one of the manager yelled at me aggressively for no reason for HER making a mistake on a sandwich . She was being rude & disrespectful toward me. She caused a whole scene for no reason at all . Mind you she had already read the receipt on what was on the sandwich.She was being childish & unprofessional. She also yells at other coworkers too for no reason. She thinks she can talk to anybody any type of way. She should be fired. Also the new general manger said nothing when she was being rude & basically told me to go home. All the people that work there are toxic & the working environment is just toxic all around. I advise nobody to work there. They are a very unprofessional & a toxic working environment. They like to talk about people & have work drama. Most of the workers don’t even do anything , they just stay on their phone & don’t take their job seriously. That’s exactly nobody wants to work there’s everybody quits or just never shows up & there has to be a reason why. I know I am not the only one that feels this way toward this ridiculous job. This job needs better management & coworkers especially the mangers.

Went to this restaurant last night and ordered $45 in subs, by the time I got home (lanier County) all the bread was so wet it fell apart. To much wet sauces is not good it’s just nasty, needless to say no one wanted them. $45 wasted on wet soggy bread, won’t be ordering from this place again.

The food was great and I do like this place a good bit. The food came pretty fast, and my sandwich tasted good. The pickle was very soggy and didnt look appealing to me. One concern I have is that the root beer was somewhat less potent and flavorful then other root beers use had. To sum it all up I would say that if u chose ur favorite drink and the sandwich I got u would have a pretty well done meal, but I’m not sure about the other sandwiches.

Terrible customer service. Had been waiting patiently to place order at designated location for a while in a very bright shirt just for a the employee to wave multiple customers to order who all came in after me. Still nobody taking my order. The young female employee looks at me, scoffs and helps another customer. 30 minutes later I have now left and still not a single employee has helped me or even asked if I needed help and continued to bend over backwards for all other customers. I’ll be making sure all of lowndes county know how customers are traded here.

Ordered as we passed through traveling. My first visit to any of your locations. The whole team that was their was very polite, nice, and assisted when I asked questions. After we left, we realized I didn’t grab an item, my mistake. Came back about 10 minutes later and the same team was very apologetic, although it was my oversight. As I was leaving, they wished us safe travels. As a parent of several younger young adults, thank you for having a great team of young adults that provided great, polite, customer service. I appreciate the patience that they had with my questions!!
