Sometimes the coffee is watered-down. Customers are paying good money for watered down coffee? Really?. They also need extra help with staffing. Especially when its busy. On weekends they are short with staffing and takes longer than it should. Especially with Uber/ Lyft orders. The manager needs to lighten up a little bit more. She can come across as mean spirited at times. Her facial expression says alot about her demeanor.

I wish the workers could understand me more….the young girls try…they had to take out all the seats because the homeless camped out there..more of a social problem then dunkin problem…but aside from the big language barrier and tho constant problem of always getting my order wrong no matter how many times i repeat it…they do smile at you as they mess up your drink.. Well..not always…go to the bagel place up the street.

I had to run here to get my clients some bagels. Parking in this area is terrible when you arrive. I walked in and there was one person in front of me. I got to the register and ordered with someone that seemed to be new. The bagels were about $16 with cream cheese. When they bought out the bagels they were warm and you can smell the freshness. No issues.
