I waiting 25 minutes for a 3 pc chicken tender combo that I believe was air fried. They didn’t have anything to dip the chicken tenders in, they were soggy, and I ended up throwing them away.

It was the worst service I ever had. I was on my 30 minute lunch. There was only one person ahead of me. Two women would not stop talking and one guy was doing everything. The fries were nasty the hot dog was okay . When they took my order it was what do you want. Not how can I help you today and how are you today. Horrible… Whoever is running this Corporation really needs to start firing and rehiring and being in the front . We need to have outgoing and awesome people working at any food place especially in the airport . They are very rude I will never come here for lunch again.

Came into the airport from a long flight only had 30 minutes until we caught the shuttle, so our only option outside security was Alki Bakery. It was a a delicious prepackaged sandwich at a reasonable cost. My husband ordered 2 chocolate donuts, we were surprised when we opened the box to find 4, and again they were delicious and fresh. Staff was friendly and quick. I would love to purchaseo their bread by the loaf. Thank you.

Horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible workers who tell you that you are wrong after they make a mistake. Takes 30 minutes for basically microwaved food. The fries were almost still cold and tasted disgusting.

I saw they had no line and thought it would be quick. Waited about 10 minutes for an americano and bagel, to watch my bagel sit out in the open getting cold. This is also health hazard, especially during covid. The older lady made me repeat my order like 4 times and still got it wrong in the end, then tried to blame it on me because she couldn’t keep up with 3 details. What a waste of time and money. The younger girl was sweet during our 1 second interaction. If you’re too old and out of touch to handle the slow business, don’t work in a perpetually fast-paced environment like coffee

My job stocks/sells items from them, cold sandwiches, salads etc. I got the egg salad today. WORST sandwich of my adult life. I mean this literally. And the sandwich costs like $8 at my job. It still had 2 days remaining on the expiration as well…Jesus. I swear I’ll never buy anything from them again…

I should have checked this first. There is a definite language barrier. So slow even if they would have got anyones order right it will take 30min for a basic breakfast sandwich and coffee. I would give a 0 if I could. I told them to keep it and went to Starbucks after waiting way to long. Luckily I was waiting for a late flight. 0 fail who ever is doing the hiring total fail.

Horrible, the women are the slowest people on earth!!! Would be better to hire sloths. They said they open at 3am and it opened actually at 5am. Avoid this place and Safe your money!
