Less than one star is more accurate! Its not even just this Dunkins its EVERY SINGLE DUNKIN. I get a coffee about once a week even less sometimes because I always have to either come in and get it remade or I go home and have to add to it. Its beyond frustrating to have your order made wrong every single time. Most of the time I go to marylous because its more consistent. Thanks for ruining my morning every single time I have to go there. its not rocket science do better

Went there around 2pm, whoever the girl working the window was, was super rude. She had an attitude about my whole order and then proceeded to put at LEAST triple the amount of mocha in both my drinks. She should really just find another job if she’s gonna have such an attitude over making 2 coffees…

Just came from there and ordered a bacon egg and cheese placed the order walked away and then went to the Mobil part and bought another drink. In this time with a shift leader short blond hair and two stickers on her back real professional to say the least and two other people were on and yet the sandwich was not made. Then the girl who took the order ends up making it and she cooked the egg and the bacon on the bread so I said this is not how u cook a sandwich the shift leader then walks over to me because I asked the girl is this how u serve food. The shift leader comes over and says to me well we are not trained to know that. You watch videos it shows pictures if u can’t read it. Bread is always cooked alone unless it is a grilled cheese. So In all your shift leader one just admitted to them not being trained and I was told to not have an attitude well try serving cooked food properly and it is stated and u are trained pure laziness and ignorant. Did I have an attitude yes why my food isn’t cooked properly and u just lied to my face and ur shift leader thought to give me an attitude about me being upset about food not being cooked properly maybe she should be safe serve certified as I am. Also I work for dunkin and makes me sad to see this is actually done someone can get sick. Your shift leader should also be retrained in how u talk to customers as I said I have worked in dunkin for many of years.

Coffee was good!! But they need to wash their trays or baking sheets whatever they use to cook their munchkins, the glazed ones had black stuff on all of them. Thought it was cinnamon at first, but nope it was crud from what they cook them on!!Yucky!!!

been coming here lately cause the one at 105 & 28 is a mess and having to wait 30 minutes. but i’ve been coming here the wait is still long. but it’s worth it they don’t ask me what i ordered 10 times and i’ve never gotten the wrong coffee or a bad coffee from here. will be switching over to this dunkin from now on

Service is consistently good at this Dunks location. Only complaint is that the quality of Dunks’ coffee has gone down a bit the past few years… Always seems to taste burnt. It’s like that at every location though, not just here.
